What Does Image Stock Mean?
The word Stock in terms of images is just another word for Graphics and is a common term used in the design industry.
What Makes your Images so Good for Edible Printing?
Most graphics that are downloaded from places such as google either have copyright limitations, are very low quality and simply are not unique and have been used extensively and not to mention colours and sizes are not optimized for edible print media such as icing sheets. However our edible image graphics are not only very unique and copyright free, they are very unique and are optimised for edible printing.
What payment type do you accept?
At present we accept PayPal if you don’t have a PayPal account you can still pay using your credit card through PayPal
What Happens Once I Purchase a Edible Image Graphic?
When you place your order, you’ll be provided a secured download link where you will need to download the element set which will usually be either a single or multiple ZIP files. Most Windows and MAC operating systems now unzip these files simply by opening them up. If you dont have such an ability, you can use free software such a 7-Zip to extract them.
What Happens if I don’t Automatically Receive a Link?
For certain graphics files are quite large such as templates and so we will send you a download link to your email within 24 hours (Sometimes it may take a little longer during busy periods).
How Do I Open the File/s I received?
So once you unzip / extract the file/s you downloaded via the link we provided, you then can use any graphic software that can open PNG files. We recommend using Photoshop Elements as the best option however this needs to be purchased. Another free option and also a great graphic software is GIMP which can open and allow you to use these files. GIMP can be downloaded from here.
Do you have a Refund Policy?
Due to the nature of our products being digital downloads we do not offer refunds how will consider a refund if there was an error with the graphic and it cannot be used.

How are Edible Images Printed?
Using a printer much like your home/office inkjet printer, we feed Icing sheets through the paper feed and then using completely edible inks the image/graphic is then printed straight onto the icing sheet.
What is an Edible Icing sheet?
Icing sheets are basically a thin layer of icing with a slight vanilla flavour adhered to a backing. The image gets printed directly onto the sheet using edible inks. Once ready to apply the graphic to your creation. Remove the backing and place the image onto your cake.
If I can’t print my own edible prints, can you send the completed product to me?
Yes, absolutely we can mail the printed icing sheet straight to you.
Which types of cake topping/icing can I use my edible icing sheet print?
Your edible image print can be applied to butter / royal icing or fondant it is not recommend for use on cream toppings.
How long can I store my printed edible sheet?
Printed edible sheets can be stored in a cool dry environment for up to 3 months. Best to keep your sheet in a sealed sleeve like a Zip seal bag.
Can you help with the design process?
Our graphic designer is excitedly waiting to assist you not matter how small the job may be. We will also email you a proof to approve before printing.
Can you add our company logo to a design?
Yes our graphic designer will assist you at any stage of the design process. Or do everything for you and email a proof through to you before printing.
Do you have cake templates available for download?
Yes we have templates for round cakes 165mm and 205mm. Cupcakes 40mm and 63mm. We also have rectangle to fit an A4 sheet or A3 sheet.
Our Templates are saved in a large variety of document formats so you should be able to find something that works for you.

What graphics programmes do you have available?
We currently don’t have any graphics programmes for downloading/purchase but there are some great FREE open source graphics programmes that you can download.
